Shopping with friends should be the highlight of any teenage girl's weekend - even if there's more browsing than actual shopping. But for twelve year-old Paris the experience is less than fun; the clothes are too small, she hates the way she looks, and the shop assistant has all the sympathy of a brick.

Luckily the Medikidz, a group of super-powered action heroes with attitude, are on hand to help Paris understand what's going on! Pump, Chi, Skinderella, Gastro, Axon and Abacus each have their own exceptional abilities and characteristics to ensure that their particular brand of edutainment is always informative and medically accurate. In order for Paris to understand how to maintain a healthy weight, the Medikidz first need to teach her exactly how the human body works... and what better way than by taking her on a tour inside the digestive system!

Join Paris as the Medikidz take her on an adventure inside Mediland (a distant planet shaped like a human body) and explain all about the different types of fuel the human body needs and the way in which they are digested. Along the way Paris will dodge teeth the size of buildings, brave the corrosive waters of the stomach, learn to control her weight effectively and just maybe teach that shop assistant a thing or two...
