What's Up With Ben? Medikidz Explain Autism

PRICE: $11.99
Ben seems to be a kind of boy who prefers to sit by himself and play his own counting games than to talk to other kids and get involved in games. He is good at math and counting, but his sister, Brooke, is concerned that her little brother never makes any friends and shows no interest others. Ben finds it difficult to talk to and understand people, even Brooke herself, which makes her upset.

Luckily, the Medikidz are on their way to save the day! Pump, Chi, Skinderella, Gastro, Axon and Abacus, the brain on legs, offer plenty of hilarity and superhero fun on their mission to explain the reasons for Ben's behaviour. Whisking both Ben and Brooke to Mediland, a distant planet shaped like a human body, they set out to teach the facts about Ben's condition - autism - to Brooke, helping her to understand why her brother acts and feels as he does.

Join Brooke and Ben on their fun-filled tour inside the human brain, as they get to know how this intricate and complicated organ works and encounter the neuron postmen that busily travel around inside the brain sending messages to each other. They'll both find out how important the postmen in the brain are in making people act, think and feel as they do, and receive helpful advice from the Medikidz on how to understand and help people with autism.
