What does it mean to be Medikidz affiliate?

As a Medikidz affiliate, you will be part of a service that helps raise awareness of serious medical conditions that affect children. By joining our affiliate scheme, you will be supporting this aim - to educate kids as well as for doctors to help disclose and explain diagnoses in a way young people can understand. We are so passionate about our goals that we are offering a 15% commission. With your support we can spread the word and help children with medical conditions fully understand what they and their family members go through.

Medikidz hopes to work with other organisations that have a similar goal, in providing medical knowledge to children. If you believe in our cause, sign up to be part of the Medikidz Affiliate Network!

How Does It Work?

Our accurate tracking methods and efficient affiliate process ensure that our system is easy to use. Here are a few steps to guide you through the rest of the process:

You register with us using the online form provided.
Upon the confirmation email by Medikidz, login to the affiliates module and request the Medikidz link (unique URL).
When your request will be approved you will recieve confirmation and then be able to put the Medikidz link and logo on your website.
A user clicks on an affiliate link on your website or in an email you have sent.
Their details are logged onto our system and their navigation is tracked.
If the visitor browses the Medikidz site and places an order, it will be registered and the order will be logged as a sale.
You will then earn 10% of the sale as a commission that you can put towards your fundraising efforts.
If you sell more than 50 copies in a month then you earn 15% on the next months sales.
After reviewing the sale we will send commission on the 25th of every month.

What do I need to become an affiliate?

All you need to become an affiliate is a desire to spread the word about Medikidz and to help educate children. In return, we will pay you 10-15% commission for every sale that is directed to us from your website and you will be associated with a company that is benefitting children globally. To become a Medikidz affiliate you must have a website, which is the primary way for most affiliates to endorse our products.

How do I become an affiliate?

The first step to becoming an affiliate is to complete the online form at the top of this page. And the good news is, it's completely FREE. After a review from our affiliate manager, you're good to go!

How do I get started?

Once you have received a confirmation email by the Medikidz team, you only need to place an affiliate link, banner, text link or other link on your website or place ads in pay-per-click search engines, so you can start sending customers to our website. This allows visitors access to our site, so they can browse our extensive range of titles and medical information. This link is reciprocal and will allow your site to be seen by users browsing our site too.

What do I do when I become an affiliate?

As our affiliate, you will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales you have logged, as well as access to news and training materials.

Signup Agreement

1. Term of the Agreements

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

2. Commission:

10% of the retail price of the book is paid to the owner of the website, registered to the Medikidz Affiliates Programme, who's link initially referred the customer to the shop. If more than 50 copies of Medikidz titles are sold in one month then commission will be paid at a rate of 15% in the subsequent month. Payments will be made on the 25th of every month.

3. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules.

IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

4. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

5. Independent Investigation

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

6. Spyware / Spam

We will refuse all applications or signups from affiliates which we believe participate in spyware, adware, spam or parasiteware techniques for driving traffic. We reserve the right to research and investigate affiliates and their activities and, at our own discretion, determine whether or not these practices are in place. Affiliates found in violation of this policy will be immediately terminated from the program and will forfeit all commissions.
