At school, Jen spends most of her time dreaming about spaceships, rather than listening to her boring maths teacher. She is constantly feeling tired and lacks concentration, and can only feel embarrassed as she finds herself waking up from another spaceship day-dream with her classmates laughing all around her.

Meanwhile, the Medikidz, a group of super-powered action-heroes, are on Mediland watching the scene unfold and quickly jump into action to collect Jen and teach her about her condition - Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). Pump, Chi, Skinderella, Gastro, Axon and their trusty robot Abacus can help Jen fully understand the basic facts about her OSA by taking her to Mediland for an informative and fun-packed journey across the upper airway, trachea and the lungs! She'll find out what exactly is happening during the night that disrupts her sleep and makes her feel tired during the day.

Along the way, they lose the Medi-jet in a throat-quake, meet the hard working blood cells carrying oxygen around the body and learn all about strange CPAP masks!
