It's the inter-school football final. The score is tied. Matt steps up to take a penalty to win the game. Everything is at stake. He shoots...he misses! But he is too tired to care and doesn't hear the jeering of the opposition players and the crowd...

Meanwhile, the Medikidz, an enthusiastic group of medical superheroes, are watching on. They quickly jump into action when they see Matt looking distressed, zapping him up to Mediland (a distant planet that bears a striking resemblance to the human body) in order to educate him about HIV - both its causes and effects.

Join Matt and the Medikidz on his tour of Mediland, and learn all about how the immune system works and what happens inside the body when somebody has HIV. Along the way, Matt meets the different types of cells that roam around the bloodstream keeping things in order, including the Commander, the B-Cell bomber and the Foot Soldiers!

Matt will return to Earth with a new-found knowledge of HIV and the treatments that help him cope with his condition.
