General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Medikidz.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For printed products, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Receiving a Refund

We will confirm a refund after we receive and process your return. If your return is considered eligible for a refund, we shall inform you and process the payment. In this instance, you can expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail us at returns@medikidz.com to request a replacement. To exchange an item for a different one, please confirm with our operations team at returns@medikidz.com and only ship the original item back to our Returns Centre once you have received written consent from us. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You then need to place another order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers

As the Medikidz.com Website offers items for sale both by Medikidz.com and by registered sellers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased. If the item to be returned was not sold or fulfilled by Medikidz.com, you will need to contact the selling Merchant directly. Other retailers selling Medikidz products may have different policies. Merchant policies are accessible before ordering, wherever product details are made available. If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks of sending your order back, please contact the seller.

Re-sellers

Prior authorisation for books sold is required. Re-sellers can get in touch at returns@medikidz.com or ring +44 (0)207 376 6630.

The book must be invoiced by Medikidz during the previous 12 month period.

Any Medikidz title must be stocked for a minimum of three months before being returned for credit.

All carriage costs are to be covered by the re-seller.

All books must be resaleable condition and a completed returns form is also be included. Books that are not resaleable will be sent back to the re-seller.

In the failure to meet the above conditions, Medikidz reserves the right to refuse credit payment.

Titles with a production fault will be accepted as returns, with Medikidz covering the carriage cost.
