Explanation

Urine is just the proper name for wee! It's a liquid waste product that contains mainly water. Water and other stuff that your body no longer needs goes from your blood to your kidneys, where it is filtered and turned into urine. Your wee changes colour, depending on whether your body needs to lose or keep water.

If you need to lose water, your wee is clear, and, if you need to keep it, your wee is more yellow.
