Tumour
A tumour is the abnormal growth of tissue in your body. Although cells normally divide and increase in number as your body needs them, a tumour grows when the cells don't stop dividing, even though there are enough new cells, until eventually they form a lump.
This lump is the tumour. Tumours can sometimes be cancer.
