Restless Legs Syndrome
Restless legs syndrome (sometimes called Ekbom's syndrome) is when you have an uncomfortable feeling in your legs. Usually, this will make you want to move them to get some relief. This feeling normally gets worse when you lie down to go to sleep or you rest your legs. This means that sometimes, restless legs syndrome can stop you from getting to sleep or staying asleep. This can make you feel really tired and may mean you find it quite difficult to concentrate in school.
