Hypothalamus
Your hypothalamus is a part of your brain. It links your nervous system to your endocrine system using your pituitary gland. Through this link, it controls your endocrine glands, making sure that your body is kept in balance and functioning properly. Your hypothalamus sits just above your brain stem and is about the size of an almond!
