Folic Acid
Explanation

Folic acid, also known as folate, is a vitamin that you need to produce healthy red blood cells and to make sure you don't get anaemia. It is found in vegetables like spinach, turnip, greens and lettuce, dried beans and peas, fortified cereals and some other fruits and vegetables. Folic acid can also be taken as a tablet if you need some extra, like if you have thalassaemia.
