Corticosteroid
Corticosteroids are drugs that reduce inflammation. They are sometimes used to treat illnesses like asthma, eczema, cystic fibrosis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Corticosteroids can be taken as tablets, as a cream or as injections.
