Constipation
Constipation is what it's called when you don't do a poo as often as usual, or find it hard to poo when you try. Loads of people get constipation, both kids and adults, although older people and pregnant women are more likely to have it.
Sometimes, you may only be constipated for a few days and it goes away by itself without you feeling any pain, while other times it can last for a long time and make you feel very uncomfortable.
The best thing is to tell your doctor about if you think you have it, as there are very good treatments around to get rid of it. You can also help yourself by making sure you eat enough fibre, drink plenty of water, and have regular exercise.
