Bone Marrow
Explanation

Bone marrow is thick, soft, spongy stuff that is inside your bones. It is where all of your blood cells are born. There are two types of bone marrow, red marrow and yellow marrow, and your blood cells are born in the red marrow.

To learn more about the bone marrow transplant, check out 'What's Up With Richard? Medikidz Explain Leukaemia' in our comic book shop.
