MediHealth - Gland

Glands are groups of cells that make and release hormones. There are many glands all over your body, and they do things like make sure you are not too hot or too cold. They also keep your appetite in check, so that you eat the right amount. Each gland does a different job, but they all work together to keep your body working properly.
